The only thing that kept me sane was knowing that there was a lot of other parents asking themselves the same questions and trying to make the best decision for their keiki. I know my hours are somewhat flexible and I can work in the tiny moments of downtime, but my heart goes out to the families that don't have that luxury...To the teachers who also have young keiki that need their help.

Now that I have three keiki I buy baby food. I used to love making baby food. But running a small shop and raising 3 keiki doesn't make it realistic for me right now. Thank goodness for Healthy Baby Hawaii!

Are you shopping online more? I know we are. My keiki love to play with the large boxes we get from Amazon. Usually they color all over them and use them to make forts or cars...but this time I saw a photo of kids in a box and decided to try to recreate it!

When I had my first baby...the idea of pushing him in one of those little baby car seats attached to the stroller seemed picture perfect. But he hated the car seat. I remember asking the nurse as we left the hospital...why is my baby screaming in the car seat. Is he okay? She said some babies had to get used to it...Lucky for us it only took until he was almost a year old to stop crying in the car.
