Poi is a staple food in the traditional Hawaiian culture. Traditionally, poi is made by mashing the corm of the taro plant using a stone implement called a Poi Pounder. In pidgin, when you say some "pounds" food, it refers to eating everything. In this case, Poi Poundah, refers to a person that can eat a lot of poi!

Absolutely love this shirt! It's soft and great quality! Can't wait to give it to my son for his birthday. It's exactly what he asked for, and The Keiki Dept is the only place that had exactly what he asked for.
