Signed-In Customers
The fastest way to track your order is through your account:
- Sign in to your The Keiki Dept account.
- Go to Orders and select your order.
- Your current order status and a carrier tracking link will be displayed on the order detail page — click the tracking number to follow your package in real time.
Guest Orders
Didn't check out with an account? No worries!
- Check your inbox for your shipping confirmation email from The Keiki Dept — it includes your order status and a direct carrier tracking link.
- If you can't find the email, check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us with your order number and we'll help you out.
Order Status Guide
- Processing — We've received your order and are getting it ready.
- Fulfilled / Shipped — Your order is on its way! A tracking number has been sent to your email.
- Delivered — Your package has arrived. Enjoy!
