How do I know when my order is ready for pickup?

An email will be sent when your order is ready for pick-up at our Warehouse (98-027 Hekaha St., Building 3 Suite 42)

We are located in Harbor Center in Waimalu behind Best Buy and Cutter Ford

When you enter Harbor Center, drive towards Fabric Mart and take a left at Missing Polynesia and Pin Thai.

Head down the lane. We're on the left side towards the end next to Pueo Prints & State Farm

What happens if I do not pick-up my order?

We understand that life happens but in the event of you do not pick-up your order within 3 weeks of your order being ready for pick-up, your order will be cancelled and store credit will be issued to the email on file with a 15% restocking fee OR we can ship your order instead (you are responsible for shipping costs).

What happens if I want to have you ship my order instead?

We can ship your order instead by sending you an invoice for shipping. In the event you decide want to cancel your order after your order has been pulled, we can do so with a 15% restocking fee. The remaining balance will be issued as store credit to the email on file.
